Incorrect Product or Size: If you receive the wrong item or size due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and the correct product will be shipped to you at no cost.
2. Non-Returnable Items
As all our products are custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes:
• Change of mind or preference.
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please double-check sizing charts before placing your order).
3. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

• Description of the issue.
• Photos of the product showing the defect or error.
We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order cancellations are only available within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the printing process begins, and we cannot stop the order.

Once your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
